I have a special situation regarding my order. Can I relay that
information to you using the online ordering system?
Yes. At the bottom of the page where you fill out your information such as shipping
address and billing info, a box is available for you to type in special delivery instructions
for whatever need you have.

Do you take orders over the phone?
Yes. The fastest and most reliable form of ordering is by using the shopping
cart system on the web site but if you'd like to purchase by phone, our phone

How do I know what I have in my "shopping cart"?
Click the blue "View Cart" button in upper left hand corner of the
web site, and it will display the contents of your shopping cart.

How do I remove items from the shopping cart?
When you press the "View Cart" button and the contents of your shopping cart are
displayed, next to each product is a little blue box with a "check" in it. Click the little
blue box and the check will disappear. Once it is gone, click the "recalculate" button
just below and it will show the contents of your shopping cart minus the product you
have just taken out.

Do you ship Internationally?
No (except Canada). We used to but there is increased fraudulent activity around the world and the
cost to monetarily compensate for such fraud would raise the prices of all of our product and that
would undermine our goal of offering the best product at the best prices.

When will I receive my order?
If orders are placed before 2:00 PST, they usually go out the same day. Most orders are sent Fedex
ground service and most people will receive their product within 3-5 business days. We guarantee
you will receive your product within 10 business days of ordering it. Products ordered on the
weekend will go out Monday.

Is there tracking info available so I know where my package is?
When you order your product, you will receive an email usually within 1 business day that contains

Can I cancel my order or change it once I've ordered it?
If you send us an email or call us before 2:00 PST of the day you ordered it, you can change
or cancel your order.

Am I responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged by the shipping company?
The product is not your responsibility until you have received it by the shipping company.
If it is lost or damaged by the shipping company, we will replace it it free of charge. If you
receive a damaged product, contact us and return the product to us immediately so we can
process the replacement product as soon as possible.
